Free shipping takes 3-5 business days. Select shipping will show an estimated date when your package will arrive.

For standard tips, they will often be sent out the same business day if made before 12 PM. Custom orders take 1-3 weeks to manufacture.

If your payment is not going through, make sure the billing address matches the address linked with your card. If you are paying with a debit card, ensure there are enough funds in your account to make your payment.

We will have you put down a deposit of $15 towards each sample ordered. The amount spent on samples will be fully credited towards your final order.

Tips are made of a non-toxic, flexible, and heat-resistant polymer free of BPA, BPS, BPF, and PVC. All tips are dishwasher safe.

If used properly and cared for, our tips last indefinitely.

Clean every few uses, following instructions provided. When smoking, as the embers come within an inch of the tip, pull the tip out of the paper a half inch. Do not allow embers to come into contact with the tip. This protects the tip from getting too hot.
